Blending an unparalleled portfolio, with notable bartenders and educators, a customer focus, and the Region’s most prominent hospitality partners. With over 100 people in 8 offices across APAC, our client manages the exclusive distribution of a portfolio of more than 600 craft spirits, cocktail ingredients, bar tools and glassware.

About the Role

 As Brand Manager you will be a gatekeeper of extraordinary brands, sharing your passion of the spirits world by creating innovative brand and customer experiences through strategic and day-to-day marketing initiatives and campaigns.

 You will report to the GM of the Market team but will also have a dotted line into the APAC Head of Marketing and work collaboratively with the wider APAC team.

Your day-to-day will be diverse and fast-paced and you will be asked to work alongside other business functions (i.e., Sales team) to deliver exciting campaigns and projects for our partner brands and to continue to build our client’s brand.

 

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Shape and communicate the brands’ stories and develop and execute brand strategies to a high standard

  • Translate, and adapt brand strategies into marketing plans and go-to-market strategies while optimizing spending

  • Engage in storytelling to bring the brands to life by engaging with target stakeholders via communication efforts in online, social and digital creative development, and management and execution of events and trade activations

  • Ensure all brand and key strategies are in line with overall business strategies without compromising brand integrity

  • Measure, provide insights and analyze the effectiveness of activations to assess ROI and KPIs to stakeholders

  • Manage and coordinate executions with multiple external stakeholders

  • Devise innovative growth strategies and identify opportunities to optimize the brand’s volume and revenue growth

  • Develop tactical, high-impact sales and promotional plans to meet business targets

  • Contribute to regional and global initiatives in improving current brand/business performance

  • Prepare and manage performance-led summary reports for various brands

  • Manage, track and evaluate Brand A&P investment

  • Nurture relationships with the brand principal and marketing team

  • Work with marketing coordinators across APAC to deliver brand activations and events

  • Provide inputs for strategic brand plans and decision-making

  • Project a positive company image, representing our client

  • Maintain a positive & collaborative working environment helping clients and coworkers whenever possible

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Five years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the international spirits, beverage or fast-moving consumer goods sectors

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or other related disciplines.

  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and can engage with a diversity of people

  • Takes initiative to problem solve quickly and with minimal disruption

  • Flexible and can multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced environment

  • Meticulous and has an eye for detail

  • Comfortable with all marketing disciplines, including working with creative agencies

  • Possess a positive energy, a “can-do” attitude, and thrive in a growing atmosphere

  • Able to maintain high energy levels and professionalism with all types of clients
