They are seeking a Partnerships Support Executive (PSE), someone who thrives at the forefront of operations, providing first-class support to a broad portfolio of new and existing hotel and villa suppliers for our client. As part of a fully remote company, the PSE will work closely with the wider global Partnerships Team and other departments to ensure the business continues to invest in the areas of the largest return, and will be excited to engage with a global team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for global hotel & villa suppliers, assisting and responding to queries and requests promptly

  • Handle multiple queries simultaneously via phone and email with flair and personality

  • Work alongside hotel & villa suppliers to ensure their properties are represented to a high standard, including offer loading, training on our client's systems, connecting them with third-party channel management systems, and ensuring all properties comply with our client’s terms and conditions

  • Ensure competitiveness by improving and maintaining product quality, including rates, offer depth, and inventory availability

  • Ensure all hotel & villa listings are optimised for distribution opportunities

  • Manage all extranet-related queries both externally and internally

  • Work closely with the expert team of travel specialists to resolve any barriers to booking

  • Contribute to the wider Partnerships Team by meeting and exceeding KPIs

Requirements

  • Strong technical aptitude and excitement for new technology

  • Entry-level experience in the travel industry, particularly within an online travel agency or other online environment, is preferred

  • Understanding of hotel distribution, rates, and inventory management

  • Ideally, experience with hotel channel management systems and integrations

  • Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure, with strong skills in analysing and diplomatically resolving difficult situations

  • A love of problem-solving and troubleshooting – someone who enjoys getting to the bottom of issues and takes pride in delivering solutions

  • Commercial acumen and an analytical mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team and prioritise a busy workload

  • Love of boutique travel and a keen eye for style and design

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage people from all walks of life

  • Strong attention to detail and exemplary follow-up

  • Bonus: Fluency in a second business-standard language

  • Legal eligibility to work in the relevant regional office
