The Role
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.
This is a true right-hand partnership role to a globally recognized CEO working at the highest levels of business.
You will work closely with the Founder on a daily basis - helping to prioritize what matters most, ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and keep the business operating with clarity and precision.
Every day will be different. Every detail will matter.
You will move seamlessly between thinking big picture and providing hands-on execution - from coordinating complex, high-stakes client engagements to preparing for keynote speeches, managing global schedules, and ensuring flawless follow-through across all commitments.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and takes pride in being indispensable through impact, not title.

Key Responsibilities
Priority & Calendar Leadership
You don’t just manage a calendar - you orchestrate priorities.
You ensure the CEO is focused on the highest-impact work at all times, making thoughtful trade-offs when needed.
CEO Partnership & Daily Flow
Work closely with the CEO day to day as a trusted partner - acting as a sounding board, coordinator, and execution driver to keep everything running seamlessly.
Complex Scheduling & Global Coordination
Manage a dynamic, ever-changing calendar across multiple time zones, coordinating with C-Suite clients and their offices to ensure seamless scheduling and communication.
Strategic Gatekeeping
Exercise sound judgment in managing requests for the CEO’s time, balancing accessibility with focus on high-impact priorities – all with grace and authenticity.
Anticipation & Ownership
Stay two steps ahead - proactively identifying conflicts, anticipating needs, and solving problems before they arise.
Client & Communication Excellence
Draft and manage professional, polished communications on behalf of the CEO. Ensure all client interactions reflect our white-glove service standards.
Internal Team Alignment
Ensure the team is aligned on schedules, priorities, and deliverables. Keep all moving pieces connected and clearly communicated.
Travel & Meeting Preparation
Coordinate international travel and prepare materials for high-stakes meetings, ensuring the CEO is fully set up for success.
Confidentiality & Discretion
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism, judgment, and trust.
Operational & Administrative Support
Support key operational, HR, and occasional personal tasks that enhance the CEO’s overall effectiveness and bandwidth.

Experience
10+ years of experience in administrative, Executive Assistant, or similar roles
Experience supporting senior executives, ideally in global or fast-paced environments
Background in professional services, corporate environments, luxury hospitality, or concierge-style roles is a plus
Based anywhere globally, with the ability to work in alignment with Singapore time zone (GMT+8), and excellent spoken and written English
Growth Opportunity
