The firm is seeking an operations leader who can drive smooth execution, anticipate and resolve challenges, and embody the professionalism and polish that their clients value.

As the firm continues to scale, they are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Lead to help align the team, optimize operations, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.

Role Overview

As their Operations Lead, you will:

  • Support Executive Decision-Making: Filter and communicate executive decisions with clarity and consistency to ensure team alignment.

  • Execute Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership to scope and implement projects that support business growth and operational excellence.

  • Manage Operational Processes: Oversee systems such as our proprietary online coaching platform, daily/weekly team trackers, and ensure workflows align with company objectives.

  • Drive Team Performance: Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress and measure success across initiatives.

  • Facilitate Team Alignment: Act as a trusted liaison between leadership, team members, and key vendors to ensure smooth communication and execution.

  • Course-Correct with Agility: Address internal issues, provide feedback, and continue to foster our positive and productive team culture.

  • Inspire the Team: Lead with energy and productivity, fostering a fun and collaborative culture where everyone thrives. Our client embraces coaching as a fundamental mindset, empowering growth and success.

  • Proven Operational Leadership: Proven experience in operations or team management within high-end professional services or an entrepreneurial setting with excellence standards.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: A track record of managing complex projects and ensuring flawless execution across multiple initiatives.

  • People Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire teams effectively in both in-person and remote settings.

  • International Business Experience: experience working with global businesses, with an understanding of multi-country business dynamics.

  • Digitally Savvy: Familiarity with launching and managing digital assets and technical systems, with a hands-on approach to ensuring smooth implementation and operations.
