Our client is a homegrown Singaporean luxury jewellery brand looking to expand their reach outside of Singapore. With an initial focus on the London, Paris and US markets, our client aims to expand their global presence and enhance their brand identity.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead and build the brand’s sales function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape the commercial direction of a growing luxury brand and play a central role in driving both local and international growth.
In this hands-on role, the Sales Manager will work directly with the Founder to define the sales roadmap, engage top clients, and build the operational foundation for a high-performing sales function. Over time, this role will also be responsible for recruiting and mentoring a team, establishing performance targets, and managing key customer and partner relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy & Market Development
Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels.
Collaborate with the Founder and Marketing team on product launches, pricing strategies, and international expansion plans.
Hands-On Sales Execution
Personally manage key client relationships and high-value sales opportunities.
Oversee all sales touchpoints, from inquiry to conversion and post-sale engagement.
Represent the brand at trunk shows, client appointments, and industry events.
Function Building & Team Growth
Lay the foundation for the sales function, including tools, processes, and performance tracking.
Design and implement incentive structures and training programs to drive performance.
Loves to interact with people and has great interpersonal skills.
Client & Operations Management
Own client portfolio management, including customer assignment and retention strategies.
Partner with the Operations team to support sales processes such as invoicing, POS updates, client data management, and gemstone certification handling.
Ensure an exceptional and seamless experience for all clients, at every stage of the journey.
QUALIFICATIONS
7–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Proven ability to build a function or team from the ground up.
Strong individual contributor with leadership potential and must be comfortable leading by doing.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Highly organised with strong commercial instincts and a service-first mindset.
Passionate about storytelling, craftsmanship, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
