What does a typical day look like for you?

I spend most of my day connecting with clients and applicants to provide guidance on their work pass applications. 

Which aspects of your role do you enjoy the most?

Drafting employment passes and having calls with clients to guide them and answer questions they might have about the process. I truly enjoy educating people on the process and it connects us with clients to build deeper relationships. 

If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be? 

A librarian! I love books and reading. 

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?

I enjoy cooking with my kids and engaging in outdoor activities with my family. 

Do you have any “hidden talents”?

Acting and storytelling. Occasionally, I have volunteered at libraries to read stories to the children.
